Supports: As some of these parts are extremely small (especially the troops) we leave the supports on. To remove the supports just put them in luke warm water (not boiling) and snip the supports off.

REFUNDS: As this is a pay to print service we do not refund orders. We will however replace models damaged due to delivery issues. We will ask for photos of damaged items & may ask for the return of the items.
