Postage normally takes between 10 & 28 days due to high demand. Pickup in shop is normally 3 to 5 days.

As we are a pay to print service, we do not issue refund for models. We will however, replace models that are damaged due to postal issues or lost deliveries. We will ask for photos of damaged items.
